Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LittleGuard application and related services (the "Service") provided by EVOQUICK PRIVATE LIMITED ("EvoQuick", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of a playschool to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload data you do not have the right or consent to use, including children's data without parental/guardian consent.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or harmful content, or to harass any person.

3. Your responsibilities

As a playschool using LittleGuard, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for obtaining all necessary consents from staff, parents, and guardians before adding their personal data — including verifiable parental consent for any child's information, as described in our Children's Privacy Policy.

4. Your data & privacy

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. We process it to provide the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data to operate the Service for you.

5. Fees & payments

LittleGuard is free to start. Some features or plans may require payment. Where fees apply, they will be described to you before you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable. We will give reasonable notice of any changes to pricing.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content (excluding your data), is owned by EvoQuick and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your playschool's internal operations. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes, and may add or remove features over time.

8. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Delete Account & Data). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet every requirement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvoQuick will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
