What data is collected

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal data.
• We do not use your data for advertising or build advertising profiles.
• We do not collect precise location or biometric data.
• We do not collect any information directly from children.

How your data is protected

• Encryption in transit — all communication between the App and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS.
• Access controls — staff see only their school's data; parents see only their own child's information.
• Secure hosting — data is stored on reputable, access-controlled infrastructure.
• Least-data principle — we collect only what's needed to run the Service.

Data sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us host data, send notifications, deliver email, and report crashes. They act only on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. We may also disclose data if required by law.

Data retention & deletion

We keep data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, and we will complete it within 30 days (subject to any legal retention requirements). See Delete Account & Data for steps.
