Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your LittleGuard account and request deletion of your personal data at any time. This page, provided by EVOQUICK PRIVATE LIMITED, explains how to do it and what happens to your data.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

1. Open the LittleGuard app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm your choice. Your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app or prefer to email us, send a request to info@evoquick.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Delete My LittleGuard Account". Please include:

• Your full name
• The email/phone registered with the account
• Your school's name

We may ask you to verify your identity before we process the request, to protect your account.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the personal data associated with it, including:

• Your account profile (name, email, phone, password)
• School, class, and staff information you created
• Student records, attendance, and fee data in your account
• Parent contact details stored in your account

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of information when the law requires it (for example, certain transaction or tax records) or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Any retained data is kept securely and only for as long as necessary. Backups are purged on a rolling cycle.
