Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how EVOQUICK PRIVATE LIMITED ("EvoQuick", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the LittleGuard mobile and web application (the "App" or "Service"). LittleGuard is a playschool management app offered to playschools in India.

LittleGuard is used by playschool administrators and staff to manage day-to-day operations. The playschool is responsible for the personal data of students and parents that it enters into the App and acts as the data fiduciary for that information. EvoQuick processes this data on the playschool's behalf. For details on how children's information is handled, please read our Children's Privacy Policy.

1. Scope & who this applies to

This policy applies to playschool owners, principals, and staff who create and use LittleGuard accounts, and to parents who receive updates through the App. LittleGuard is currently offered only to playschools located in India.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to run the Service:

Account & school information

  • Name, email address, phone number, and password of the staff member or owner who registers.
  • School name, address, classes, and staff details added to set up the school.

Student & parent information (entered by the school)

  • Student name, class, attendance records, and fee records.
  • Parent or guardian name, phone number, and email used to send updates.

Usage & device information

  • Basic app usage and log data (such as feature usage and error reports) to keep the App working reliably.
  • Device type, operating system version, and a device identifier used for sending notifications.

We do not collect precise location, biometric data, or financial account numbers, and we do not use your data for advertising.

3. How we use information

  • To create and manage accounts and provide the App's features (attendance, fees, messaging, events, reports).
  • To send notifications and updates to staff and parents (for example, attendance alerts and fee receipts).
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • To keep the Service secure, prevent misuse, and fix problems.
  • To comply with applicable law.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use student or parent data for advertising or marketing.

4. Children's information

LittleGuard is designed for use by adults (school staff and parents), not by children. However, the App stores information about children, such as their name, class, and attendance. This information is entered and controlled by the playschool, which is responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from parents or guardians. We handle children's information with extra care — see our dedicated Children's Privacy Policy.

We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws. We rely on:

  • Consent — given by the user when creating an account, and by parents/guardians (obtained by the school) for children's data.
  • Legitimate use — to provide the Service that the school has signed up for and to keep it secure.

You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account (see Delete Account & Data).

6. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

  • Within your school — authorised staff can see school, student, and fee data; parents see only their own child's information.
  • Service providers — trusted vendors who help us host data, send notifications and emails, and keep the App running. They are bound by confidentiality and may use data only to provide their service to us.
  • Legal reasons — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

We never sell or rent personal data to third parties.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When an account is deleted, we delete or anonymise the associated personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain certain records to comply with law. See Delete Account & Data for details.

8. Data security

We protect data using encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and secure hosting. For more, see our Data Safety page. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information and will notify affected users and authorities of any significant breach as required by law.

9. Your rights & choices

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • Access and review the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct or update inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your account and data.
  • Withdraw consent and stop using the Service.
  • Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (below).

To exercise any of these rights, email info@evoquick.com. Parents who wish to access or remove their child's data should contact their playschool, which controls that information.

10. Where data is stored

Your data is stored on secure servers and processed in accordance with Indian law. LittleGuard is offered only to schools in India.

11. Third-party services

We use a small number of reputable service providers for hosting, push notifications, email delivery, and crash/error reporting. These providers process data only on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards. We do not integrate advertising networks or sell data to data brokers.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
