Children's Privacy Policy

LittleGuard, operated by EVOQUICK PRIVATE LIMITED, is a tool for playschools to manage their day-to-day operations. Because the App is used in an environment that involves young children, we take special care with any information about children. This page explains how that information is handled and supplements our main Privacy Policy.

1. Who uses the App

Accounts in LittleGuard are created and used only by adults: playschool administrators, teachers, and parents or guardians. Children are never asked to register, log in, or interact with the App.

2. Children's information we store

So that a playschool can manage its classes, the App stores limited information about each enrolled child, entered by the school:

• Child's name and class/section
• Attendance records
• Fee records associated with the child
• The linked parent or guardian's contact details

We do not collect a child's precise location, biometric data, or any information directly from a child.

3. Consent & the school's role

The playschool is the data fiduciary for the children's information it enters into LittleGuard. The school is responsible for obtaining verifiable consent from the parent or legal guardian before adding a child's details, as required under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. EvoQuick acts as a data processor, handling this information only on the school's instructions to provide the Service.

4. How children's data is used

Children's information is used solely to operate the playschool's account — for example, to mark attendance, generate fee records, and send relevant updates to that child's parent or guardian. It is never used for any other purpose.

5. No ads, no selling

We do not show advertising in LittleGuard, we do not use children's data for marketing or profiling, and we never sell or rent children's information to anyone. There are no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that target children.

6. Parent access & deletion

Parents and guardians may request to view, correct, or delete their child's information. Because the school controls this data, please contact your child's playschool first. You may also write to us at info@evoquick.com and we will work with the school to honour your request. Schools can delete a child's record directly in the App, and account-level deletion is described on our Delete Account & Data page.

7. Keeping it secure

Children's information receives the same strong protections as all data in LittleGuard: encryption in transit, restricted access, and secure storage. Within a school, parents can see only their own child's information. See our Data Safety page for more.
